What “out of rotation” means, and why it is such a deal

When a piece comes back from a rental, our own team cleans, inspects, and refurbishes it. The best of it goes back out to rent, and plenty goes onto our showroom floor for sale. That is furniture that looks and feels like new, for a fraction of retail, because someone else already absorbed the new-furniture markup. Same like-new quality we put in our own rentals, just priced to move.

We keep our selection simple and buy deep, not wide. When we bring in a sofa, we buy around twenty of the same one, and our case goods, the dressers, chests, and nightstands, come in a few clean, consistent finishes: black, cherry and cappuccino, and grey. That is on purpose. It keeps our inventory simple, and it means we almost always have a matching piece in stock. Break a nightstand or want to add to a set down the road? Come grab one that matches the rest, instead of replacing everything. It is why our rentals look uniform and put-together, and it is a real advantage when you are buying, too.

What you can buy

Our showroom stock changes daily, but you will usually find sofas and sectionals, mattresses and bed frames, dressers, chests, nightstands, dining sets, entertainment centers, lamps, art, and housewares. Want something specific, or brand new? Tell us and we will carry it or order it for you.
